The Real Estate Template combines elegant design and robust functionality, making it the perfect foundation for creating high-converting property websites in record time. Available for both Bricks Builder and Oxygen Builder, this versatile template adapts to your preferred platform and creative vision.
Built with clean, professional styling, the Real Estate Template utilizes the full potential of Core Framework's variables added to BEM classes, providing effortless customizability and responsive design right out of the box. With dark and light theme support, it's ready to showcase properties and engage potential clients across all devices.
Check out our walkthrough - a guide from start to finish to help you get started using the Real Estate template in both Bricks Builder and Oxygen Builder.
The video walkthrough is coming very soon!
Please install Core Framework on your WordPress install. You can download this from the plugin repository. Simply go to Plugins -> Add New Plugin -> Search for 'Core Framework'. Be sure to click on 'Install Now' and then 'Activate':
During the onboarding, you can choose the Variables only setup as the Real Estate Template uses BEM classes with our variables applied:
At the next step, you can skip the addons for now as we can always add them later, depending on the builder you will use.
Once you have completed the onboarding, inside Core Framework, navigate to Manage Project and then click on the 'Browse files' button under 'Import'.
Locate your Real Estate Core file (.core) which you can download from your Core Framework dashboard. Use this file to import into the Core Framework plugin.
Be sure to click on 'Overwrite All' -> 'Save Changes'.
Please see below for more specific instructions for each builder.
If you are using the Real Estate template for Bricks Builder, then you will also require the Bricks Builder Integration Addon for Core Framework.
To get started with the Real Estate template for Bricks, you will need to do the following:
Before anything, be sure to have Bricks Builder installed and activated as a theme.
Navigate to Core Framework -> Addons -> and enter your Bricks Integration Addon license key in the Bricks field, and click 'Activate'.
In WordPress, navigate to Bricks -> Settings -> Templates -> in the 'Remote Templates' section, please add a name such as 'Real Estate', and then use the URL and Password located in your dashboard.
Finally, you can begin to import the sections when editing a page in Bricks. If you would like to import the example images, then make sure that you toggle on this option when importing the sections:
If you are using the Real Estate template for Oxygen Builder, then you will also require the Oxygen Builder Integration Addon for Core Framework.
To get started with the Real Estate template for Oxygen, you will need to do the following:
First, make sure you have installed the Oxygen plugin.
Navigate to Core Framework -> Addons -> and enter your Oxygen Integration Addon license key in the Bricks field, and click 'Activate'.
In WordPress, navigate to Oxygen -> Settings -> Library -> make sure to check 'Enable 3rd Party Design Sets' -> Save Changes.
Click on 'Add Design Set' and enter your Design Set Key located in your dashboard of Core Framework's website.
Open Oxygen Builder and set the following in the the Global Styles:
Please remove the default values from this section. The sections imported from the Real Estate Template all already contain variables for the section's padding.
If you would like the use the same fonts that we used on the Oxygen version of the template, then you can change your fonts to the following:
Unfortunately, Oxygen does not allow you to add a variable in this section so we must do this manually. Please ensure your page width is set to the same one you have set in Core Framework (located in Core Framework -> Preferences -> Font and Spacing Section -> Max Screen Width)
For the Subscribe field located in the footer, we opted to use Fluent Forms for this element. It is completely free and can be downloaded right from the plugin repository.
Please locate to Plugins -> Add New Plugin, and search for 'Fluent Forms'.
Once you have installed the plugin, make sure to click on 'Activate'.
After that, there is nothing left to do. Our template makes use of the default Subscription form which comes with the plugin by default. All of the styles for this form are included in the imported section (footer) as CSS 🔥
